In a Community with few permanent residents and everyone else – summer visitors (maybe for a little longer) – it is a big challenge for an Association to aim for community building. Difficult, but not impossible. The people of Nea Galini

we organize events celebrating the history of the Community, always preserving our natural environment and our cultural identity and heritage
we share thoughts on creating moments of joy and recreation
we support each other and promote communication, cooperation and volunteering.

Somehow, this is how we feel that the strong and vibrant culture of our Community with refugee elements is being highlighted. You are all welcome to participate and send us your own ideas/suggestions as well.

In Nea Galini, the annual big celebration of the residents of the Community is established with guests who love music, good food and getting to know and coexist with their fellow human beings. An excellent opportunity, old and new residents to get to know each other and feel welcome in our place. The cultural festival of Nea Galini is an event.

In collaboration with the Grocery Store of N. Moudania, the pie festival to taste the flavors of Pontus, Thrace and Asia Minor

In collaboration with the Photography Museum of Thessaloniki, organization of a Photography Festival, since our region offers endless opportunities to experiment and share unique moments from life in our area.

In collaboration with the Red Cross, blood donation day in Paralia to highlight the importance in human life.

In collaboration with the Department of Civil Protection of the PE of Halkidiki, organization of special training for those interested in the Community to offer first aid to our fellow citizens when and if they need it.
